I am not a Podiatrist (DPM). I am a Licensed Nurse (RN), Foot Care Specialist and member of American Foot Care Nurse Association.

I assess, and provide safe foot/toe nail care within the RN scope for adults with intact skin. If infection signs or open wounds are present we refer to a consulting Mobile Podiatrist DPM or or Advise to seek a local Urgent Care or Emergency Room.** Nurse visit only nonsmoking residences*** Clients provide clean dry bath towels and clean feet. Visits are approximently 40 min.

At Home:
Hygienic foot and toenail care in the privacy of your home, assisted living or memory care center.

Our licensed Registered Nurses trained with Podiatrists, specialize in routine foot care. We use disinfected, sanitized and single use medical grade tools. Physicans and Nurses emphasize daily cleaning, drying and skin barrier protectant applicaton for optimal foot health.
Hygienic Foot and Toe Nail Care
New client visits is 40-50 min begins with a discussion of medical history, neurovascular assessment, noting any circulatory issues.
Exam of feet and toenails.
Discuss: clients concerns and goals or expectations for the session.
Review of footwear, check for proper fit and wear patterns.
Review of planned service.
Treatment of feet and nails as appropriate for current conditons.
Discuss : How did client experienced the service,
Discuss: plans for routine foot care and maintenance.
Advice and reccomendations.-How to best care for your feet for 4 to 6 weeks.
Application of protectant, with brief gentle foot massage unless contraindcated.
Book next appointment for 4 to 8 weeks.
Follow up call in 7-10 days after first appointment.
Service may include one or more of the following:
Toe Nail cleaning
Trimming
Removal of nail spicules
Cleaning cuticles
Mycotic toenail thinning with e-file
Sanding for callous reduction
After Treatment Foot hygiene
Foot massage
Referrals to Foot Care Nurses/ Podiatrists
Services are mobile, so whether you or your family member is at home, the hospital, a Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Board and Care, or even in a Hospice Facility, LFC can provide the routine care.
**Client location, distance traveled to visit, travel time, visit length will determine final cost.**
48-hour notice of cancelation policy as of August 2021
All appointments are considered confirmed at the time of booking. We check our voicemail and emails frequently.
Due to the nature of providing mobile nursing services, missed or late canceled appointments constitutes a complete financial loss.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
